Red ripe fruit, sour cherry, with a pleasant note of leather, spicies, pepper and licorice

Aroma
The palate is coherent with the bouquet fragrances. Smooth tannins. Well structured, full-bodied wine, rich and balanced, enchanting and powerful at the same time.

Wine making process
Red wine vinification, fermentation/maceration on the lees for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for at least 18 months in French oak barrique and minimum 6 months in the bottle.

16-18 C (61-65 F)

Food pairing
Perfect with some elaborated braised red meat and game, or aged cheese. Very suitable also to be drunk on its own. A meditation wine.
